What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Project Manager II position at Scismic?
Act as the primary quality contact for one or more external clients, overseeing change controls, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and product quality documentation. Coordinate across internal teams (Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, QC) to ensure timely communication, complete records, and compliant, well-justified outcomes. Lead client-facing quality meetings, track KPIs, and ensure follow-through on action items.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and review deviations, investigations, and CAPAs to ensure root causes are addressed and recurrence is prevented
- Serve as QA lead in cross-functional and client project teams
- Oversee change management and client communications
- Review and approve key quality documents (e.g., Quality Agreements, Product Reviews, batch records)
- Support audits and maintain strong data integrity practices
