Clinical Supervisor (Per Diem / Hybrid)
– Hilliard, Ohio
Scioto Wellness Center is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our growing outpatient addiction and mental health treatment team on a per diem, flexible hybrid basis.
This position is ideal for a clinician looking for flexibility while helping shape a progressive, ethical, and outcomes-driven treatment program serving clients in PHP and IOP levels of care.
Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will provide oversight and support to the clinical team while ensuring documentation quality, compliance standards, and strong clinical programming. This role will play a key part in helping maintain high standards of care as the organization continues to grow.
Requirements
- Active Ohio LISW-S required
- Active LICDC preferred/highly desired
- Experience in PHP/IOP behavioral health settings required
- Strong understanding of substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
- Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid behavioral health regulations and documentation standards strongly preferred
- Experience supervising dependent licensure staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision for dependent licensed staff
- Complete chart audits and clinical documentation review/sign-off
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards
- Assist in development and implementation of new clinical modalities and programming
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow development
- Collaborate with leadership regarding best practices, compliance, and patient outcomes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical staff as needed
