This is a full-time, on-site role based in Reynoldsburg, OH. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and guide clinical staff to deliver high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services. Responsibilities include supervising therapy and treatment plans, providing clinical support and professional development, conducting case reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize client outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will also assist in maintaining documentation accuracy and contribute to the center's growth and effectiveness through leadership and innovative approaches.
- Strong skills in Clinical Supervision and Supervisory expertise to manage and support a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and their application in clinical settings
- Proficiency in Case Management, including care coordination and service planning
- Solid knowledge of Psychology and relevant therapeutic frameworks
- Experience with trauma-informed care and understanding the needs of diverse populations
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (required)
- Licensure as an LISW, LPCC, or equivalent (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid-compliant documentation standards is a plus
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members for continuous growth and improved clinical outcomes
