Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation review and updates.
- Manage patient scheduling
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Facilitate insurance verification processes and assist patients with billing inquiries related to medical billing and coding.
- Collect patient information through medical collection procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with intake procedures, including data entry, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone system management.
- Support front desk operations by managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain familiarity with dental terminology; support dental office management tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization.
Requirements
- Experience with insurance verification processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and data entry accuracy.
