What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment Worker position at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center?
Provides Partial Hospitalization services and fulfills the responsibilities of a Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment Worker as described in the Center's Partial Hospitalization Protocol (100%). Provides a primary role in the facilitation of the various components of Ross County's Partial Hospitalization program. Participates as directed in overall planning, organization and facilitation of partial hospitalization services to assure client access to the least restrictive, least intrusive level of care. Acts as liaison between residential and partial hospitalization services. Provides clients with assistance needed in achieving the desired outcomes of their individualized service plans. Assists clients in meeting their general needs and enhancing participation in group activities, meetings and treatment and when appropriate providing one on one services. Facilitates a variety of activities for residents in performance of essential duties.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, SWA, CT, QMHS 3. High school diploma or GED required; 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, annual CPR review and annual PPD testing are required.
