Job Description
- Deliver high-quality patient care by contributing to the nursing care plan from admission to discharge.
- Prepare assessments of patient progress and keep families informed.
- Monitor pain management procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Supervise ancillary staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.

Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- At least six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute-care setting, preferably with critical care exposure.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
