We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ER RN to join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse at ScionHealth. In this role, you will provide critical care to patients in a transitional care hospital setting, contributing to nursing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring effective communication with families.

Patient Care Responsibilities:
- Contribute to nursing care plans from admission to discharge.
- Prepare assessments of patient progress and keep families informed.
- Monitor pain management procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning processes.
- Evaluate current and accurate patient documentation.
- Supervise ancillary staff members.
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will need:
- A current state licensure as Registered Nurse/RN.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an Associate's degree, or a Nursing diploma from an accredited Institution as a Registered Nurse/RN.
- At least six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute-care setting is preferred.
- Critical Care experience is preferred.
- BCLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.
