About the Role
The Director of Nursing and Clinical Services leads nursing and clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with hospital goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing and clinical department operations
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Partner with leadership on hospital operations and strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active RN license
- ACLS & BLS required
- 3 years of healthcare leadership experience in an acute care setting
