Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team in Cleveland, MS. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for patients during labor and delivery, monitor the wellbeing of both mother and baby, and assist in labor management, delivery, and postpartum care. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented and compassionate professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in Labor and Delivery Nursing, with experience providing comprehensive care during the labor and postpartum stages
• Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and Medicine to address various patient needs
• Proficient in using Critical Thinking to assess situations and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
• Current and valid RN license with certifications in neonatal resuscitation (NRP) and basic life support (BLS)
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure labor and delivery environment
• Prior experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics is preferred
