Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing personal injury law firm with a national presence. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity for candidates residing in Louisiana, offering the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of cases from initial intake through settlement.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to independently manage a high-volume caseload throughout the entire pre-litigation lifecycle. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate medical care, manage case documentation, prepare demand packages, and proactively drive matters toward successful resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently manage a caseload of 90 personal injury matters from initial intake through settlement, maintaining ownership of case progression, client communication, and critical deadlines
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the pre-litigation process, providing responsive, compassionate, and professional guidance during each stage of the matter
- Coordinate medical treatment and case-related care, including initial provider assessments, while tracking treatment progress and ensuring cases continue moving forward
- Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, insurance information, and other documentation necessary to evaluate and advance claims
- Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support settlement negotiations by presenting accurate and compelling case information
- Maintain accurate and timely case information within the firm's case management systems while proactively prioritizing tasks, deadlines, follow-up, and next steps across a high-volume caseload
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–6 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager, with demonstrated experience independently managing cases from intake through settlement
- Proven ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload of 90 active files
- Hands-on experience with medical management, medical records and bills, client intake, case progression, and personal injury claims processes
- Experience with case management technology such as Filevine, Neos, EvenUp, Eve, Litify, Clio, SmartAdvocate, or comparable platforms
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, urgency, and client service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $59,000 - $84,700 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities.
