Outside Sales Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Outside Sales Representative for a confidential healthcare services client. This is a field-based opportunity supporting a local sales territory throughout the Denver metro area, based out of Lone Tree, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow referral partnerships across the Denver metro area. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and managing their own territory while receiving strong training and support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners throughout your assigned territory
• Prospect new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts through regular outreach
• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions while delivering exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies while maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent the organization at networking events, community outreach activities, and industry meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to achieve goals, performance metrics, or sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and accountability
• Comfortable with face-to-face business development and local travel throughout the territory
• Valid driver's license with a desire to build a long-term career in outside sales

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus a performance-based commission program. Benefits include a company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and comprehensive onboarding and sales training.
