Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Manage legal calendaring to track deadlines, court dates, and appointments
- Handle court filings and e-filings in compliance with State and Federal requirements
- Proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting
- Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
- Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Help ensure the legal team operates efficiently while upholding high standards of client service
- Track important deadlines and maintain up-to-date case calendars
- Skilled in legal document preparation and legal processes
- Proficient in administrative and legal support tasks
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Familiar with legal terminology and court procedures
- Experience with legal software is a plus
