LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:
The firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney who thrives in a dynamic litigation environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a diverse caseload in general liability and related areas, with the full support of experienced partners and colleagues. This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule out of Bucks County, PA and is available for immediate hire.
What you will do:
- Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Assist with case strategy, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Manage an active caseload while ensuring high-quality representation.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a supportive, inclusive team environment.
What you bring:
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
- Experience in litigation, including case management, discovery, and client advocacy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, with quarterly performance bonuses available.
