Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Human Resources Associate on behalf of our client, a collaborative and growing organization in San Francisco! This is a full-time, hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits.
This hybrid position requires onsite presence at least two days per week, with flexibility to work additional days in-office if desired.

Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the team
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth internal processes and communication
- Utilize HR systems and tools to track candidates and employee data
- Assist with ad hoc HR and office operations projects as needed
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Insperity is a plus
