- Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting aligned with professional standards
- Lead efficient month-end and year-end close processes and support regulatory or tax reporting needs
- Review key accounting transactions and provide guidance on technical accounting matters
- Strengthen internal controls while promoting accuracy, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with client leaders and integrated project teams to streamline processes and implement improvements.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting practices, and modern accounting operations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to client-focused solutions
- Proficiency with advanced Excel functions and business ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ability to communicate clearly, adapt to client needs, and navigate evolving priorities with confidence.
