This hands-on role will focus on programming and operating CNC Vertical Mills while supporting fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop environment. - Program and set up CNC Vertical Mills using MasterCam, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
- Fabricate custom products using steel, aluminum, and wood materials
- Perform machine setups, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet production schedules
- Support quality standards and drive efficiency improvements
- Train and assist machine operators as needed
- Collaborate with the fabrication and production team to complete custom orders
- Strong experience with CNC Vertical Mill programming and setup
- Proficiency in MasterCam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and G & M code programming
- Hands-on fabrication and machining experience with steel and aluminum
- Troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
