RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position offers an annual salary range of $90,510 – $100,567, plus a performance-based bonus. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and member satisfaction
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and consistent feedback
- Drive branch growth through local networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Manage lending and deposit pipelines to meet performance and service goals
- Resolve member inquiries and escalations promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with leadership to implement organizational initiatives and enhance overall performance
- Proven leadership experience within a financial services or operations-driven environment
- Background in branch management, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Commitment to delivering excellence and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative.
- Experience supervising or managing employees.
- Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution.
- All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements.
