Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, and development projects.
- Review and negotiate title commitments, surveys, purchase agreements, and related transaction documents.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
- Advise clients on land use, zoning, entitlement, and development matters.
- Prepare covenants, easements, declarations, and other real estate-related legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance regarding real estate development and transactional matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical and business-focused legal solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support client needs and firm growth initiatives.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Colorado bar admission.
- Previous commercial real estate law experience.
- Experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use, entitlement, or development matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Competitive base salary: $139,000-$164,000, depending on experience.
