Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MBO Vijuk Miniature Folding Operator to operate, set up, and maintain MBO and Vijuk miniature folding machines used in the production of pharmaceutical and specialty insert/outsert printed materials.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of miniature folding operations in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshot MBO or Vijuk miniature folding machines for various folding configurations (e.g., parallel, right-angle, and special folds).
- Read and interpret job tickets, production schedules, and folding specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure folded products meet customer and industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs on folding equipment.
- Collaborate with production team to meet efficiency and delivery targets.
- Monitor output for consistency, accuracy, and proper folding sequence.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures within the bindery/finishing department.
- Assist with training of junior operators or bindery helpers as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
