The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives, navigating regulated landscapes, and driving delivery across complex stakeholder ecosystems. Experience with VEEVA Vault or related platforms is a strong plus.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory, clinical, or commercial domains
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and change control
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance protocols
- Drive continuous improvement and post-project retrospectives
🎯 Required Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience, ideally within big pharma, biotech, or CROs
- Strong familiarity with GxP environments, documentation workflows, and regulated systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
🌟 Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with VEEVA Vault (Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory modules)
- PMP or equivalent certification

Salary : $86,250 - $115,000
