Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Tester with extensive expertise in Data/ETL testing and Master Data Management (MDM) using Stibo. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analysis, data migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and other related areas. This role involves ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance across various systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Data/ETL testing to validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple systems.
• Leverage MDM tools, particularly Stibo, to manage and maintain master data.
• Conduct data analysis, migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and identify data mismatches.
• Manage data import and export processes and ensure data integrity compliance.
• Identify and address data integrity compliance gaps across the quality system.
• Understand and manage the ETL process from various source systems to staging, data marts, and data loads.
• Interpret and analyze/test data from various source systems to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Develop and test Cloud/On-Prem ETL processes using tools like Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, and Alteryx.
• Build and maintain data flow CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Participate in the DevOps/DataOps space to streamline data testing processes.
• Apply data modeling principles and data integration techniques to ensure effective data management.
• Interact with key business functions to confirm data quality policies and governed attributes.
• Implement data quality management and data governance practices within the MDM environment.
• Monitor, measure, and improve the quality of master data metrics.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Test the organization's master data to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in Data/ETL testing.
• Proven experience in MDM with Stibo.
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis, migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and import/export processes.
• Prior experience with other MDM/ETL tools or cloud-based MDM testing.
• Proficiency in identifying and raising data integrity compliance gaps.
• Knowledge of the ETL process from various source systems to staging and data marts.
• Experience in developing/testing Cloud/On-Prem ETL (Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, Alteryx).
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Experience in the DevOps/DataOps space.
• At least 3 years of experience in data modeling principles and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
• At least 6 years of experience in monitoring, measuring, and improving master data metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to test and ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of master data across various systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in data management, data quality, or related areas.
• Experience with other MDM tools and data testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
