- PhD in a measurement-related discipline
- 8–12 years psychometric development expertise
- Strong expertise in IRT, CTT, test design, validity, reliability
- Statistical fluency in R/SPSS/SAS
- Prefer business-focused, applied psychometrics (ETS, Pearson, ACT, Cambium, etc.)
- Strong statistical programming proficiency (R/Python/etc.)
- Ability to translate complex data into powerful business insights
