Sales Engineering Manager

Location: Erie, PA

Turn complex manufacturing challenges into smart automation solutions. My client is seeking a Sales Manager who can connect customer needs with engineered equipment solutions, partnering closely with engineering from initial inquiry through delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate inquiries and recommend equipment, upgrades, and modifications
• Develop detailed quotations, pricing worksheets, proposals, and contracts
• Partner with engineering to define designs and proposal drawings
• Manage customer communications from proposal through shipment and delivery
• Resolve commercial and technical issues while supporting customer relationships
• Contribute to marketing strategy and product improvements
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
• Technical/engineering sales expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into equipment solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
