- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Expertise designing and building automated machinery
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or NX; AutoCAD preferred
- Strong GD&T, drafting, and machine-shop knowledge
- Knowledge of automation components; FEA familiarity is a plus
