- Attend trade shows and customer visits to build relationships and brand presence
- Travel approximately 30–40% (primarily within the U.S.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred
- 4–6 years of professional experience, with at least some exposure to technical or industrial sales
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in hunting / new business development
- Experience selling into OEMs or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a multi-step sales process
- Eager to learn complex technical products (coatings or welding experience is a plus, but not required)
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and desire to grow in sales
