What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with goals
- Lead organizational assessments and workforce planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations, including investigations
- Analyze HR metrics to improve performance and engagement
- Drive recruiting efforts and implement hiring strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support change management and cross-functional HR initiatives
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong expertise in HR policies, employment law, and compliance
- Skilled in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
- Experience in talent management and employee relations investigations
