What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound GMP materials
• Managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, CoA verification, and traceability
• Picking/packing shipments and coordinating domestic & international logistics
• Maintaining temperature-controlled storage, responding to alarms
• Updating ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
• Partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, QC, and procurement
• Ensuring warehouse compliance, organization, and safety readiness
  
  

About You

• 5 years in GMP warehouse, logistics, or biotech operations
• Strong GMP/GDP knowledge and documentation discipline
• ERP/MES/WMS experience (SAP/Oracle ideal)
• Detail-driven, reliable, collaborative, and calm under pressure
