Bring complex mechanical systems to life on projects that make a visible impact. My client is seeking a skilled CAD professional to transform engineering concepts into precise, construction-ready designs supporting public works and commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create detailed mechanical and piping plans, sections, layouts, and construction drawings
• Translate sketches, redlines, and engineering direction into accurate AutoCAD documents
• Develop piping, HVAC, and related mechanical system layouts
• Coordinate designs across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Revise drawings while maintaining code, specification, and drafting-standard compliance
  
  

About You

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2020 or newer
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and piping systems
• Skilled at interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and sketches
• Public works or municipal infrastructure experience is a plus
