- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience leading QA within a cGMP manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, change control, document control, audits, and quality systems
- Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
- Excellent problem-solving, regulatory, and cross-functional communication abilities
