Senior Cleanroom Test and Balance Technician (Must have experience with testing, balancing, & cleanrooms)
Location: Dallas, Texas (field-based, with regional travel)
About Us
Scientific Safety Alliance (SSA) exists to Accelerate Science. Delightfully. SSA is growing at an exceptional rate and was named to Inc. Magazine’s 2024 and 2025 lists of the fastest-growing private companies in America. How fast? In about three and a half years, we’ve acquired 28 companies, and our growth is only accelerating.
What makes SSA special? We’re 100% founder- and employee-owned. Every team member has a stake in the outcome, and everyone’s performance directly affects the value of their ownership. We serve the life sciences world, including pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital and research facilities that rely on us to keep their controlled environments compliant and ready for discovery. Our mission is simple: remove the friction so our customers can focus on innovation.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced technician who is equally comfortable balancing HVAC systems and certifying cleanrooms. You’ll test, adjust and balance air and hydronic systems that support critical environments. You’ll also certify cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods and laminar flow benches to industry standards.
You’ll be one of SSA’s early technicians in Texas, which means real ownership, high visibility, and a clear path to leadership as we build our presence in the region. Technicians are the face of SSA. You’ll build trusted relationships with facility managers, lab leaders, contractors and quality teams, and ensure safety, compliance, uptime and an exceptional customer experience.
