Job Description
S.C.I. is seeking a Full-time Roofing Supervisor with relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to join our team. The position will receive job assignments as needed, and will involve meeting with subcontractors, supervising roofing crews, documenting job details, and other duties as assigned. Job entails early mornings and some late evenings. Some Saturdays are required.
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of roofing experience
- General knowledge of various aspects of construction
- Dependable transportation
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass background checks and drug screens
- Valid driving license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Be present during the entirety of assigned roofing installation
- Oversee roofing crew’s work progress
- Ensure materials are installed properly
- Document required job aspects
- Enforce company policy
- Communicate all relevant job details to office staff
