Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage professionally with homeowners and clearly explain services.
- Basic sales, customer service, or canvassing experience, with the ability to handle objections and build initial rapport.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, walk neighborhoods, and manage a high volume of face-to-face interactions.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills to record leads accurately and follow daily canvassing plans.
- Comfort using smartphones or tablets to capture lead information and follow simple reporting processes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while following company guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to assigned areas in and around Buford, GA.
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or insurance-related services is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
