Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC-R systems.
- Perform start-up of installed systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventative servicing.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and company safety standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Technical school degree preferred, but not required.
- 3 years of HVAC-R experience preferred.
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain within the first month).
- NATE certification, DDC/Pneumatic controls, boiler license, or refrigeration background a plus.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in varying temperatures.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders, and performing physical tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
