Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for processing payroll, paying vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
- Administer company payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and process employee expense reimbursement requests.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Assist with annual audits by preparing requested documentation and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Participate in special accounting and financial projects assigned by management.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-2 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (QuickBooks a plus).
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
