In this role, you’ll play a key part in building strong supplier relationships that ensure top-tier quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effective sourcing. What You’ll Do:

• Following established purchasing policies to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and secure competitive pricing.

• Executing strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with company goals.

• Proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including market fluctuations, capacity limitations, and commodity trends.

• Strengthening supplier partnerships by driving continuous improvement, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions in line with World Class Manufacturing principles.

• Applying core competencies in business professionalism, data analytics, negotiation, and supplier development to support cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Supporting US Panels projects by managing supply chain logistics and advising on part selection and strategic supplier alignment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).

• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for documentation and collaboration.

Pay Range

Buyer I $29.16 - $43.11 per hour. Buyer II $32.06 - $47.38 per hour. We base our starting pay on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location
