Custodial Maintenance
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
- Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Previous history of successful work experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- To provide a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn and develop.
- Performs repair and maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Replaces light bulbs and ballasts.
- Rebuilds flush valves on toilets/urinals and unclogs toilets, pipes, and drains as needed.
- Repairs/replaces door locks, panic bars, and closers, etc.
- Replaces light switches/receptacles and assists with running wire.
- Performs and assists Maintenance Supervisor with carpentry repairs.
- Performs and assists Maintenance Supervisor with tile repairs and/or replacements.
- All duties listed in the custodian job description.
- All other duties as assigned.

Reports To:
- Maintenance Supervisor and/or Executive Director/Assistant Executive Director.
Method of Evaluation:
- Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s Policy on Evaluation of Educational Support Personnel.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
