Schutz Container System a Global Packaging Company is currently searching for a Customer Service , Logistics & Sales Support Specialist for our plant located in Kenosha, WISummaryA blended role that unifies high-touch customer service, intercompany and reverse-logistics coordination, and sales-support activities. This position acts as the primary liaison between the plant, customers, logistics providers, and production planning, with a strong emphasis on SAP-based order entry, returns, and inventory management. The role supports both Reconditioning Services (RS) activities and ongoing customer order processing to ensure accurate, timely delivery and exceptional service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Order ManagementServe as the main liaison between the plant, customers, and internal teams (production planning, AP, logistics).Enter, track, and manage customer orders in SAP; monitor status and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.Respond to inquiries, provide problem resolution, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Proactively monitor inventory/stock levels and coordinate material sourcing as needed to meet delivery timelines.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation; manage administrative duties (PO paperwork, filing, scanning, etc.).Return Logistics & RS Program SupportAct as the primary RS/Return Logistics representative; coordinate the return of empty containers from end users.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (DOT, EPA, UN, etc.) for IBC/drum returns; obtain MSDS as needed.Create return documents, bills of lading, and coordinate third-party logistics or plant pickups.Track and support all activity between third-party cleaning facilities, customers, and internal teamsManage special RS programs with customers (e.g., incentivized returns, special handling) and communicate related fees or requirements to end users.Inventory, Shipping & ComplianceOversee reverse logistics inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including scheduling and tracking with carriers.Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and regulatory compliance for all container movements.Administrative & Interdepartmental SupportSupport Accounts Payable with RS-related invoice issues and processing.Assist plant personnel with container return issues and process improvement opportunities.Maintain strong compliance with internal controls and process standards.Qualifications & SkillsRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.2 years of customer service/administrative experience; experience in manufacturing or logistics is desirable.Proficiency with SAP (order entry, intercompany activities) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision; highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.Knowledge of freight logistics concepts and basic understanding of regulatory requirements (DOT, EPA, UN) for container returns is a plus.Plastics/manufacturing industry experience is a plus.DesiredExcellent customer-facing interpersonal skills; personable, patient, and professional.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and to adapt to changing priorities.Basic MSDS and safety/compliance awareness.Company DescriptionSchuetz Container Systems is a world-class leader in the manufacturing of industrial containers across multiple business lines. Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
