Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Acting as the main liaison between the plant and its customers.
- Heavy computer work to input customer orders in the SAP system.
- Heavy phone work and extensive communication between the production staff and the customers.
- Reconciling customer issues/order issues.
- Assisting the customer with answering inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
- Proactively keeping track of inventory/stock and order materials when needed to ensure an accurate and speedy delivery for customers.
- Coordinating deliveries of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Administrative duties as needed including purchase order paperwork, typing, filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning.

Work Environment:
- This role mainly a desk job that takes place in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit office environment.
- Communication and interaction with production/plant employees may require occasional exposure to the working conditions of a plant environment.

Minimum Education, Experience, Skills, Licenses, Certifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent. Higher education preferred.
- Must have moderate to advanced computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and email.
- SAP knowledge/experience is a strong plus.
- Must type a minimum of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service/administrative related experience.
