Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers and sales reps with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations to enhance consumer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer & sales rep inquiries via phone & email, in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide accurate information about our products, including features, specifications, and pricing.
· Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
