We’re looking for a Manufacturing Welder/Fabricator who brings skill, focus, and pride to every project.
What You’ll Do:
- Weld and fabricate equipment and components that bring our patented designs to life.
- Work with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and more—always with attention to detail and a commitment to pristine craftsmanship.
- Interpret blueprints and fabricate components from raw material to finished product.
- Use fabrication tools such as saws, shears, brakes, and grinders to cut, bend, and shape materials.
- Collaborate with engineers and innovators to deliver results you’ll be proud to stand behind.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts with precision.
- A passion for craftsmanship and pride in producing work that’s both functional and flawless.
- Commitment to safety and quality in every project.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials as needed, and work in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the welding and fabricating process
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus

This role primarily supports aviation fueling technology but occasionally offers the exciting opportunity to work on components at the highest level of motorsports as well.
