POSITION OVERVIEW
The Shop Assistant is a true jack-of-all-trades — a key member of our production team who keeps the shop running smoothly from top to bottom. This hands-on role combines essential facility care, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance, with support across our machine and fabrication shops. Responsibilities include material prep, part assembly, equipment upkeep, and quality control, making every day varied and engaging.
If you take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, enjoy a mix of janitorial and technical tasks, and are mechanically inclined, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values skill, reliability, and attention to detail.
