Upon Conversion: $20.00/hour
Shift Differential: 10% premium for 2nd Shift

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will support the manufacturing process by operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Responsibilities may include:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Safely handle raw materials and finished products
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production needs
- Work overtime as needed
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to learn equipment operation and production processes
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read blueprints or technical documents is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
