Franklin, NH | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ( 10% Shift Differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ( 15% Shift Differential)
Available Positions
Machine Operators
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups and adjustments
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Inspect parts according to specifications and quality requirements
- Monitor scrap rates and production output
Press Brake Operators
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
- Produce precision metal components from aluminum and other materials
- Read blueprints and production specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Perform machine changeovers and adjustments as needed
Saw Operators
- Operate saw equipment to cut raw materials to precise specifications
- Set up equipment, including blade selection and alignment
- Read job orders, blueprints, and measurements
- Inspect finished cuts for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating machinery, saw equipment, CNC equipment, or fabrication equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Experience working with aluminum, steel, or stainless steel is beneficial
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise
- Ability to work safely around forklifts, overhead cranes, and other manufacturing equipment
