Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, energetic, and supportive presence that enhances the overall Irish pub guest experience
• Assist servers in providing efficient and attentive service by running food and beverages accurately and promptly
• Ensure all food is delivered to the correct table with proper presentation, knowledge of menu items, and attention to guest needs
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly to maintain optimal table availability and flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, service stations, and expo line throughout service
• Stock and replenish service areas including glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other necessary supplies
• Support the service team by refilling water, pre-bussing tables, and anticipating guest needs
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service execution
• Maintain awareness of the dining room pace and assist where needed to keep service running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to a team culture rooted in camaraderie, accountability, and hospitality excellence
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall pub operations
  
  

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred but not required
• Experience in a high-volume setting is a plus

• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or bus tubs throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and support where needed
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing service demands
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting overall service excellence
