This role requires flexibility, creativity, and professionalism when working with brides and large groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services for brides, bridesmaids, and wedding parties
- Perform consultations to understand client vision and recommend suitable styles
- Execute a variety of styles including updos, braids, blowouts, and formal looks
- Ensure styles are long-lasting and camera-ready for events
- Travel to on-site wedding locations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Manage appointment schedules and work efficiently within timelines
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a calm, enjoyable experience for clients
- Stay up to date on current trends, techniques, and products
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience in bridal or special event styling preferred
- Strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification from an accredited spa therapy program or vocational school preferred.
- Proven experience in a spa setting or related customer service field is advantageous.
