Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor service flow and adjust staffing or processes to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure the outlet ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand expectations.
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations based on hotel standards
  • Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and special events.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and POS system integrity.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Create schedules that balance business needs with labor efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensure all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met 
  • Hire and Train service staff 
  • Processes bi-weekly payroll 
  • Inventory, ordering supplies 

Education And Experience

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred 
  • Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required. Should be in a similar size restaurant operation 

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Outgoing personality 
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally 
  • Team player 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred 
  • Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
