- Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards
- Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors
- Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
- Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris
- Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests
- Restrooms must be inspected once per hour to assure they remain neat and clean
- Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
- Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed
- Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
