What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Customer Service/Administrative Assistant position at Schulmerich Bells, LLC?
- Greet visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with orders and payments
- Receiving and sorting mail for multiple businesses daily
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assist management team with meeting preparations
- Assist with other company related tasks and/or small projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Musical knowledge a plus.
