Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the sales department that is in alignment with company vision, mission, and values
- Cultivates the personal, spiritual, financial, and professional growth of employees through open communication and
- Collaborates with the marketing manager to ensure marketing and sales strategies are cohesive
- Works with new home specialists and management to determine sales forecasts and closing schedules
- Identifies the training and development needs within the department through weekly one-on-one meetings with the sales team
- Develops and maintains positive realtor relationships and serves as a company ambassador by attending community meetings
- Collaborates with other departments within the company to improve sales process and product design
- Leads weekly sales meetings and monthly home buying basics seminars
- Creates and maintains effective sales policies and protocols, documents within the sales manual and trains accordingly
- Confirms available homes are portrayed accurately on the MLS website
- Coaches sales team on the 4:2 process, ensures use of the CRM process, and strategizes with sales team to find prospective buyers
- Works with leadership on land development and community planning; determines lot premiums
- Assists in training the experience specialist to provide understanding in the correct sales process and buyer experience
- Collaborates with general manager on available home strategy and to develop monthly and yearly sales goals
- Ensures the visual integrity of the sales center and confirms adequate staffing is available for quality customer service
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Works indoors in a temperature-controlled environment
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit
- Occasionally required to climb, lift, pull, and push objects up to 10 pounds
