Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers quality and value through the daily completion of assigned tasks
- Fosters positive working relationships with build team members and trade partners
- Learns the primary aspects of a five-phase production build process
- Attends daily production meetings
- Utilizes the company’s enterprise resource planning technology system
- Learns how to conduct a detailed and timely inspection and check for quality
- Ensures the home site is clean at every stage, every home, with every trade
- Develops an organizational system that encourages efficiency
- Tracks and communicates assignment progress with the supervisor
- Completes training program in 3 months
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to learn new software and utilize company HB1 system
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
- Works outdoors in a non-temperature-controlled environment, with medium to high noise levels
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit in a vehicle
- Occasionally required to climb, lift, pull, and push objects up to 50 pounds
